Kirris Riviere and the Delta du Bruit live in concert, a wonderful 5 piece band hailing from the earthy blues scene in Bristol, evolving through the spit and sawdust school of the live blues stage in the South West. Re-grouping for their studio project, they are quickly gaining recognition for the unique tilt brought to their soulful sound and catchy song writing. Building a reputation for their electrifying performances has followed. In 2025’s January Blues Festival in London, Ex-Acid Jazz band leader and the band’s newest fan, Mark Cotgrove, hailed Kirris “A huge star, but the world doesn’t know it yet”.
Shortly afterwards the band were voted among the top 20 emerging blues bands in the UK by the UK Blues Federation. Only a week later and they were voted the best emerging blues act at the UK Blues Rhythm and Rock festival in the iconic Blackpool Winter gardens.
Led in the live arena by Kirris Riviere, (whose skill set includes the stagecraft of an accomplished theatre actor, the vocal delivery of a learned live singer and blues road man, and the songwriting of a published script writer), the band effortlessly blend their diverse musical influences into a unique and compelling sound. A soulful vocal style and dynamic stage presence have earned him a dedicated following, and he is the charismatic face and the rich, authentic voice of the band’s success.
