Stylistically nestled somewhere between the raw hammond soul, R&B and boogaloo of early to late 60’s and the infectious grooves of early 70’s funk, BROTHER JACK pay homage to this great period in music busting out classic tunes by the likes of Jack Mcduff and Lou Donaldson to the Crusaders, with a handful of groove-heavy originals in-between..
